Once a commission has been accepted, the sketching stage of the art will begin. It is expected for the client to send a reference picture of the character unless it is a Custom Character Design.

Custom Character Designs are expected to have a list/paragraph of details of what and who the character is, paired with a moodboard for me to envision the client's design.

Payment is then sent via PAYPAL or GCASH when the sketch is confirmed to be good to move on to the lineart stage.

Refunds and Revisions are not viable once the lineart has been finished, unless the client is willing to pay for the said revisions.

The Artist reserves the right to decline commissions; cancel and refund the money for a commission, at any time.

The final product is strictly for Personal Noncommercial Use ONLY. Rights must be purchased for Commercial Use.

Always credit and link back to The Artist whenever you post it online.

The Artist retains all the rights over all the commissioned outputs.

The Artist is allowed to display all commissioned outputs and post it online or attach it in their portfolio

Progress check-ins will be made sporadically when there's significant progress on the commission, the client will then be asked to provide feedback on the piece.

Files will be delivered in a Google Drive folder (PNG)

2 revisions will be available, not including alterations that were necessary by my fault.

A general or set timeline can be set by the client while negotiating the commission.

Due to college and other personal obligations, there will be instances where pieces may take longer to be completed, this, however, will be communicated with the client, as well as constantly updated.

A tight deadline may be subjet to a Rush Fee.

No refunds once the commission has progressed to it's lineart stage.
